5,6,7 and 8!

Yes! have started rehearsals again! My feet are cramped and my muscles are acking! But the beat is funky, the moves are groovy and the girls are rocking! We are discovering new steps and moves everyday! Until we leave the 3rd of september for Milano!!! We will perform for 4 months at Cabaret Williams!  Everyday except Sunday! at 00.30!

MMMM yummie, j'adore les sushi!!

Vous savez que en mangant beaucoup de poisson on devient plus heureux! Plus de omega3 dans l'organisme est non seulement bien pour la sante, mais ca régule aussi nos humeurs! Plus d' omega3, plus de matiere gris dans les cellules du cerveau, moins de depression! Formidable!

Mais je ne savais pas que les sushi ont l'effet aphrodisiaque!!! Allez, les sushis sur les hommes? Finalement je peux laisser les huitres, lesquels je n'aime pas du tout!!

daft Punk

last thursday me and my man were invited to the concert of Daft Punk in Bercy Paris!  Great experience, but after all the weirdest concert i have ever been to: imagine  two men with helmets on doing a dj set! a bit mysterious...

 

The sounds were great, although very loud! And the doctor had warned me that with my Vertigo history(see Virgo Vertigo) i shouldnt go to houseparties! Well thank god there was a organisation Acou Fun www.acoufun.com  that sold special earplugs that filter the sound! Cause a lot of people can suffer from hearing problems after loud concerts! Of course it takes the edge off the performance! But nevertheless i really enjoyed the concert!

Virgo Vertigo

 

Well have you ever heard of Benign Paroxystic Positional Vertigo? Are your ears fonctioning well? Yes its a very complicated phrase and yes your ears are involved! Since I 'm dizzy and nauseous all day I can tell you that this little malfonction of the mid-ear is very disturbing. When you move your head upwards or downwards and even when you go to bed, or rolling over in bed you get very dizzy and disorientated! This is due to the ear "rocks" or little crystals of calcium carbonate that are not well placed in your canal (mid ear). In half of the cases, and mine, BPPV is idiopathic, which means it occurs for no known reason. The symptoms subside or disappear within one or 3 weeks or even longer. Rest is required and Patience is a virtue! Meanwhile vertigo a go-go!
